How quickly will I get a quote?
We respond to all quote requests promptly during business hours (Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat 8am-5pm). For urgent requests, call us directly.
What's included in a standard residential cleaning?
Our standard clean covers all living spaces: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen & bathroom sanitization, and general tidying. Deep cleans include baseboards, inside appliances, and more.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! Many of our clients provide a key or door code. We're fully insured and background-checked for your peace of mind.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products by default. If you have specific preferences or allergies, just let us know and we'll accommodate.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. There's no penalty for changes made with proper notice.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, we arrive fully equipped with all necessary supplies and professional-grade equipment. No need to prepare anything.
