Services

  • Beyond Clean Team provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Union County, NJ and surrounding areas.
  • Service details, scope of work, and expectations are confirmed before each appointment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
  • Pricing is provided via free quotes. The final price is confirmed before work begins.

Booking and Scheduling

  • Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email.
  • A confirmation is sent before each scheduled visit.
  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled service) may incur a cancellation fee.
  • We arrive within a reasonable window of the scheduled appointment time.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.
  • Recurring cleaning plans are billed per the terms of your service agreement.

Text Messaging Terms

By checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you agree to the following:

  • You consent to receive text messages from Beyond Clean Team including appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, service follow-ups, and promotional offers.
  • Message frequency varies; typically 1–4 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message.

  • SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any service from Beyond Clean Team.
  • We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state messaging laws.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our cleaning service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of your service.
  • We will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.
  • Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the scope of work agreed upon prior to the service.

Access and Security

  • The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • Any keys, codes, or access devices provided to us are kept secure and returned upon request.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the property.
  • Clients should secure valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings prior to service.
  • Pets should be secured in a safe area during the cleaning service.

Liability

  • Beyond Clean Team is licensed, insured, and bonded.
  • We carry general liability insurance.
  • Claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
  • We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or inherent defects.
